- The machine features an automatic cleaning function for removing welding slag from both the electrode surface and the sides of the electrode jaws.
- It adopts a manually assisted feeding and unloading method.
- It is equipped with quick-change tooling. The electrodes and jaws are clamped by hydraulic or similar mechanisms, enabling rapid replacement.
- It includes a welding-parameter monitoring system capable of generating curves/data tables for parameters such as welding displacement, pressure, and energy. These curves and data records can be recalled and reviewed at any time.
- It can automatically adjust the electrode height, and the jaw clamping force is adaptively and evenly applied to the electrode to achieve accurate surface correction.
- It is equipped with fully enclosed welding-splash protection to prevent operator burns, along with a fire-resistant fume-collection hood.
- Welding slag generated during the process is contained within an enclosed protective cover and cleaned regularly to ensure operator safety. A rear access door on the protective cover allows workers to easily remove slag and perform maintenance.
