Centralized Sucker Rod
Centralized sucker rod, also known as orientating sucker rod, is a kind of special rod. The only structural difference between centralized sucker rod and ordinary one is that there are multiple nylon rod guides molded or installed on the centralized sucker rod. In operation, those nylon rod guides can help keep the rod in the middle of the oil pipe, avoiding abrasion between sucker rod or coupling and oil pipe, which may lead to damage in the oil pipe, sucker rod or coupling. Therefore, centralized sucker rods are widely used in oblique, bended or oriented oil well.
The major characteristic of our molded centralized sucker rods is that the molded positions on the rod are partly upset so that the nylon rod guides would not fall out in operation. This technique has acquired national patent.
The threads and properties of main rod of the centralized sucker rod are the same with ordinary sucker rods. Per request, Grade C, K, D, KD, HL, HY, KH centralized sucker rod can be manufactured.
