Features
- Wide application range: The medium speed granulator is designed to granulate degraded PET/PVC/PE/EPS/PU/PP/ABS materials or rejected parts with a thickness smaller than 3mm.
- Time and cost saving: rejected parts are recycled within 20 seconds with no need to wait for centralized crushing. This reduces labor, management, and storage costs.
- Easy to detach, clean and maintain: The granulator features an easy material changeover and easy cleaning, making it easy to add to an injection molding machine.
- Environmentally friendly and energy saving: the granulator provides consistent granule sizes (3-8mm) and creates a dust-free and low-noise (80-95db) working environment. A time relay is equipped to reduce power consumption.
- Superior blades: High strength steel SKD-11 blades feature an excellent fineness, excellent toughness and outstanding resistance to high temperatures.
- Motor overload protection and power interlock protection functions are designed to improve the operation safety.
