Zhungzhi manufactures corresponding wear resistant castings for buck wheel excavators, wheel loaders, bucket chain excavators, grinding mills, impact crushers and slurry pumps. Made using hi-chrome cast iron [10-1], hi-manganese cast iron [10-2] and cast steel [10-4], these castings have a long service life, which decreases the need for frequent repair and replacement, and thus, improves the working efficiency for a long term, wear resistant performance.
Zhuangzhi is ISO9001 certified and an expert in the production of wear resistant castings, backed by more than 10 years of experience. We manufacture a variety of quarrying wear resistant castings through the use of a lost foam method, allowing us to match customer designs, blueprints, and technical requests. We also offer design assistance when needed.
