Rice Whitener, Rice Abrasive Whitener

The rice whitener is used to whiten brown rice to white rice by removing the bran. It is widely used in rice milling as well as wheat, barley, and pea processing.

Features

Optional material feeding method
There are two material feeding methods for you to choose from. The top-to-bottom material feeding is a traditional design using grain gravity to achieve material feeding with a high productivity. The bottom-to-top type material feeding uses an auger conveyor to transfer the materials and features a lower percentage of broken rice. The conveyor can be replaced by a rice whitener cascade.
Optional structure
There are two optional structures of the rice whitener for you to choose from. The horizontal rice whitener makes it easier to remove the bran from brown rice. The vertical abrasive whitener makes it easier to control the whitening intensity and the percentage of broken rice.
We recommend you use a vertical abrasive whitener for the first whitening process and several horizontal rice whiteners for subsequent whitening processes.
The specially designed outlet
The outlet is equipped with a secondary separation device designed to separate white rice and bran. It also cleans and cools white rice.

Working Principle

Through the rotation of the iron roll and emery roll, the rice grains are rubbed against each other and the iron roll, emery roll, and sieve plate to remove the bran. The aspiration system is used to cool the rice grains, reduce their breakage, and convey the brans out of the whitening chamber.
