Surface treatment
Within the 3km of our factory, we make use of a number of outsourcing manufacturers to assist in a variety of metal surface treatments, including drawing, plating, spraying (powder spray, spray painting), electrophoresis, anodizing (secondary oxidation), sand blasting, polishing, carburizing, nitriding, enameling, and more. Metals that can be processed include stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper, iron, and more. A T6 heat treatment can also be carried out to meet surface hardness requirements within the automotive parts or rail transportation industries.
We carry out a strict surface treatment to ensure product quality. For example, metal parts treated through a spray paint process meet indoor and outdoor usage requirements in a variety of industries due to a corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, humidity resistance, and moisture resistance. Metal parts also pass salt spray tests of more than 900 hours after being treated through an oxidation process, so even if using these products in harsh environments, the surface treatment guarantees the corrosion free structure.
