Digital Cutting System
A die-free cutting system for packaging samples and short-run production
The digital cutting system is designed for packaging sample making and short-run customized production. It integrates a multifunctional tool head, multiple tool options, a high-end servo control system, infrared safety sensing, an aviation-grade aluminum alloy worktable, and linear guide rails to support stable and safe operation.
The cutting machine completes cutting, creasing, grooving, plotting, half-cutting, and through-cutting directly from digital files, without the need for a physical cutting die. It is suitable for corrugated board, greyboard, ABS sheet, card stock, EVA foam, self-adhesive materials, and other packaging substrates.
By eliminating die-making, the system helps reduce tooling costs and shorten sample development lead times. It is a practical solution for packaging manufacturers, printing companies, and design teams that need fast prototyping or small-batch customized production.

- Integrated Steel Frame
The integrated steel frame is welded from thick high-carbon steel to reduce deformation and vibration during long-term high-speed operation. This provides stable mechanical performance for cutting accuracy and machine service life.
- Vacuum Hold-Down System
The built-in vacuum hold-down system intelligently matches the suction area to the material size. It provides a stronger and more uniform hold-down force, improves sheet flatness, and helps prevent edge lifting or material shifting. It is suitable for both thin and thick boards.
- Independently Driven Tool Stations
Optional two- or three-station configurations support continuous operation with multiple tools. Tools can be exchanged between modules, allowing one machine to perform cutting, creasing, grooving, and plotting.
- Automatic Tool Setting System
The built-in automatic tool setting system completes tool calibration and blade-length compensation with one button after tool replacement, eliminating the need for manual calibration. The high-precision servo transmission system delivers cutting accuracy of up to ±0.05 mm and produces smooth, burr-free edges.
- Digital File Import
The system is compatible with CAD, AI, and DXF files, allowing direct import to generate cutting paths with one click. It can process complex shapes with simplified operation.
- Low-Maintenance Design
Key components are protected against dust and cutting debris to reduce failure rates and simplify routine maintenance. Low energy consumption supports cost-effective operation, while intelligent path optimization improves processing efficiency, shortens sample-making lead times, and helps manufacturers respond faster to customer sample requests.
- Grooving — V-Groove / U-Groove
Supports flexible switching between V-groove and U-groove processing. It can form right-angle grooves in rigid materials and rounded grooves in soft materials in one pass.
- Half-Cut / Kiss Cutting
Cuts through the top layer while leaving the bottom layer intact, making it suitable for easy-tear openings and connected sections.
- Creasing
Uniform creasing helps prevent cracking, edge bursting, and wrinkling during folding.
- Through Cutting
No cutting die is required. The machine performs accurate through cutting for small-batch sampling, with clean results on both thin paper and thick board.
- EVA Foam Cutting
A dedicated non-stick cutter produces smooth EVA foam cuts with minimal debris.
- Corrugated Board Cutting
Integrated cutting, creasing, and slotting to accurately reproduce carton structures.
- Self-Adhesive Label Cutting
