The machine uses eccentric toggle mechanisms on both sides to drive the die-cutting platen in a vertical reciprocating motion, generating the pressure required for accurate die-cutting and creasing. Tie points keep the die-cut sheet and waste from fully separating or scattering after die-cutting. - 1200 mm Continuous Feeding Platform
The continuous feeding platform supports non-stop feeding, reduces manual handling difficulty, and minimizes the need for operators to remain on standby for long periods. This helps lower labor demand and improve production efficiency.
- Touchscreen HMI
Offering a simple and convenient operation, allowing operators to input product dimensions, and the machine automatically calibrates the delivery position. This enables quick die adjustment and product changeover, with plate changeover taking about 20 minutes.
- Die-Cutting Tools
Optimized for greyboard, white cardstock, and paperboard. They support half-cutting and through-cutting without pre-cutting, producing smooth cuts without burrs, raised points, or rough edges. After die-cutting, the greyboard remains connected rather than falling apart, reducing the workload required for waste stripping.
- Eccentric Toggle Drive Mechanism
The eccentric toggle mechanisms on both sides convert motor power into vertical reciprocating motion of the upper and lower platens. This delivers the high-tonnage pressure required for paperboard cutting and creasing.
- Main Drive Mechanism: Flywheel & Eccentric Shaft
The main drive mechanism powers the vertical reciprocating motion of the die-cutting platen, delivers stable high-tonnage die-cutting pressure, reduces machine vibration, and improves operating stability.
- Pneumatic Die-Clamping Plate
The pneumatic die-clamping plate firmly locks the die-cutting plate onto the upper platform, preventing movement or loosening during operation and maintaining die-cutting registration accuracy. Compared with traditional mechanical bolt locking, pneumatic locking and unlocking can be completed with one touch, reducing die change and setup time.
- Die-Locking Cylinder
Equipped with an interlock function, the die-locking cylinder starts die-cutting only after the die plate is fully locked in place, helping prevent equipment faults and safety risks caused by loose dies.
- Safety Protection Devices
Backing plate placement, plate adjustment, die installation, feeding, and delivery can all be completed from outside the machine, helping protect operator safety.
