The JW-BZD1 semi-automatic packing line with a 10 heads weigher is composed of the vibratory feeder, working platform, Z-shaped elevating conveyor, 10 heads weigher, diverter chute and bag sealer. This packing line is applicable for granules, pieces, strips, round, and irregularly shaped product processing, including candies, seeds, pet foods, puffed foods, frozen foods and hardware.
This system is designed with a dual discharging working station, and the packing speed is as high as 30 to 40 packs/minute, making it ideal for factories that need to work with heavy bags at a large production flow rate.
