Xin Huan Bao professionally customizes efficient industrial machinery air filters to filter out the impurities in air. The filter elements of Xin Huan Bao can efficiently provide clean air for compressors, blowers and other air purification systems.
Our filter elements are made of non-woven fabric, wood pulp fiber and sintered felt materials. Elastic neoprene o-ring seals are specially used. End caps and filter support mesh cage are all treated by zinc electroplating. Both the material quality and structure stability can maintain the performance of filter elements and prolong their service life to the greatest extent.

- If you need air filter elements with high dust removal efficiency and filtering accuracy, Xin Huan Bao can provide you with products made of TORAY non-woven fabric which is composed of 100% polyester fibre. Both strength and density of TORAY non-woven fabric filtering material are higher than those of common filtering materials. The filtering accuracy is 3-4μm. If covered with a layer of PTFE membrane, the average pore size will increase 0.3-0.5μm.

- Xin Huan Bao can also make some treatments on filtering materials according to your practical requirements so that they can adapt to your working sites. For example, in furniture processing factories, flammable and explosive sawdust will be produced when processing wood and particles with static electricity will be produced when painting. Common filtering materials can’t remove these impurities safely and effectively, so you need special air filter products. The aluminum plating is made on the surface of filter elements, which can effectively conduct electricity to avoid electric sparkle phenomenon produced by static electricity.

- If you need to filter out dust in high humidity environment, maybe common filter elements can’t meet your needs because their surfaces are easy to adhere dust when working, which reduces dust removal effect. However, if you use Xin Huan Bao water and oil repellent filter elements, their surfaces hardly adhere any substance. Even if a little dirt is adhered, it can be removed simply just by wiping, which can largely improve working efficiency.
