Single-Cylinder Plunger Pump (Max. 10 m³/h, Up to 15 MPa)
Single-cylinder plunger pumps cover flow rates from 0 to 10 m³/h and are intended for small-volume pumping tasks. They have a simpler mechanical layout than larger pump models, while still delivering higher discharge pressure than a screw pump for steady transfer. Fewer wear parts are involved, which supports longer service life. These pumps are a good fit for special materials with lower moisture and poor flowability.
The plunger guide ring uses a wear-resistant material and is lubricated through automatic oil injection. A pressure transmitter is included in the hydraulic system for pressure indication and overpressure protection. Once discharge pressure goes above the set value, the system triggers an alarm and the pump stops automatically.
| Max. rated flow rate | 10 m³/h (stepless adjustment) |
| Max. rated outlet pressure | 15 MPa |
| Discharge solids content | 60%–75% |
- The cylinder inner diameter has a 0.15–0.2 mm hard chrome layer to extend service life.
- High outlet pressure supports long-distance pumping.
- Flow rate can be adjusted steplessly while the pump is running, so output can be matched to the actual process need.
- An open hydraulic system is used to reduce pressure shock and line pressure loss, keep oil temperature lower, and support efficient, energy-saving operation with a simpler system layout.
- A compression-type feeding method is used, with strong tolerance for changes in moisture content and impurities.
