Product description
Hold the handrails tightly, go up onto the running belt behind the equipment, look straight ahead, put your feet on side pedals.

Adjust the brake under sleep mode.

Stand firm on the running belt, then start training.
The handrails can keep you safe at the begining of exercise; the handrails can then be loosened to improve sense of balance and maintain correct posture.

The transition from brisk walking to jogging is under the speed of 6-7Km. You can gather speed and maintain stable and safe at the same time.

Because the running belt has a little radian: the closer to the center handle, the faster the belt speed; the farther away, the slower.

If the running belt suddenly caved in, the user should hold the handrails tightly, prop yourself up and put your feet on side pedals. Then get down.
After finishing training, you can also hold the handrails tightly, prop yourself up and put your feet on side pedals. Then get down.

When training, adjust the speed gradually.

Not driven by motor, the running belt can rotate freely; so you should hold the handrails tightly when you get down.
