- The whole system should be automatically controlled and easy to operate.
- In order to achieve homogeneous emulsification, the system adopts level 2 motor with a speed of 2800rpm to realize the high speed during homogenizing.
- The distance between rotor and stator of the mixing workhead should between 30 and 50um to make sure the products are homogenous, fine and smooth.
- The vacuum system is designed to break the foam and make the product with more gloss.
- NJR provides all equipment necessary for the production line including RO pure water system, vacuum homogenizing emulsifier, sterile storage tank, dry heat sterilizer, shuttle table, paste filling machine, inkjet printer, labeling machine, shrink wrapping machine and so on. PLC system is used for control.
