Custom Section
Sainty has our own custom section to provide you with custom made design and solutions for aluminum profile die. Till today, we had manufactured more than 6000 types of aluminum profile extrusion die. We are capable to provide you a series of processes of die production, proofing and mass production. This allows us to provide more flexible custom-made services and reduce the production costs in the mean time control the product quality.
We can help you in designing and developing the die. Customers are only required to tell us your thought, request and product applications and we will design the most applicable aluminum profile section and manufacture the die based on our extensive experience.
The die workshop is equipped with high-precision equipment such as wire cutting machine, EDM machine, CNC machining center, CNC lathe, horizontal grinding machine, etc. to ensure the produced die meets the drawing standards.
We will perform internal polishing on each die to produce profile with smooth and flawless surface.
