Pre-sale:
- Hangsin's technicians have extensive experience, ensuring they can handle online customer consultations and answer professional questions about the selection of gearmotor speed reducer, installation, usage and other problems.
- In addition to standard structure and size speed reducer products, we can also produce customized speed reducers according to customer drawings or specific requirements, such as longer output shaft, larger power or reduction ratio, changing different spray paint colors and more.
- We can also assist customers in the completion of the product design according to their specific usage situation, based on our experience.
During sale:
- Hangsin’s speed reducer products are generally customized and it normally takes 10-20 days to produce. We can carry out expedited procedures if you have special requirements.
- To ensure that the products will not be damaged during the transportation, we use cartons or wooden boxes to pack the products to be shipped and use plastic bags to prevent moisture.
- We will arrange the delivery of the finished products as soon as possible, and the reliable international logistics company will deliver the products to the customer’s location. The delivery usually takes 2-5 days depending on the distance.
After-sale:
- Our products have a one-year warranty and we provide free maintenance or replacement services in case of malfunction during normal usage.
- We will communicate through video, telephone or online for the malfunctions that can be handled on site. Otherwise, customers can send the product back to our factory and we will test and deal with it.
- If the malfunction is caused by the product quality problem, we will replace it with a new product for free and send it back to the customer, all while bearing shipping costs.
- Malfunctions caused by customer’s improper operation such as overload, or over temperature: We will replace the product at cost price, though the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
