These are die castings for aluminum chair armrest and are made of ADC12# with polishing surface treatment, giving strict requirements of preventing from sand inclusions. In molds designing process, we did simulation for several times using simulation software to obtain the optimal structure of molds. The finished products exhibited 15% higher qualified rate than the original ones.
