Easymatrix 106C/CS die cutting machines are used for 1060 mm post-press processing of folding cartons, labels, and other paperboard packaging products. They can process paper and solid cardboard from 90 to 2000g/m², as well as corrugated board below 4 mm. The die cutting section cuts the required shapes, while the stripping function removes waste after cutting. With a working speed of up to 7700 sheets/hour, our Easymatrix 106C/CS die cutters are suitable for regular packaging converting that needs accurate cutting, waste removal, and easier operation.

Main Configuration
Non-stop Feeder
- The suction head is suitable for paper, solid cardboard, and corrugated board, and keeps sheet feeding stable
- Quick positioning on the suction head makes feeder setup faster when the sheet format changes.
- Motorized side pile alignment keeps the sheet stack in position before feeding.
- Mechanical double-sheet detection checks whether two sheets are entering together.
Feeder Table
- The registration system aligns each sheet before it moves into the cutting station.
- Rollers and brushes can be adjusted from one central point, keeping feeder table setup easier to manage.
- Pull/push side lays on both sides give better control over side positioning.
- Four front lays with active optical monitoring check that the sheet is correctly positioned before cutting.
- Before registration, each sheet is slowed down slightly so it enters the register system in a steadier position.
Die Cutting Unit
- The registration system positions each sheet before it enters the die-cutting area.
- Cutting pressure is adjusted by motor, depending on the material, thickness, and cutting requirements.
- Small adjustments can be made on the cutting plate to set the cutting position more accurately.
- During setup, the air cushion helps operators move the cutting plate with less effort.
- Quick-lock chase design reduces the time needed for tool changes during changeover.
- Optional chase changer is available when faster tool preparation is required between production runs.
Stripping Unit
- A quick-lock device secures the middle stripping board and reduces setup time when the stripping layout changes.
- Electronic sheet monitoring checks sheet movement through the stripping unit during operation.
- An optional quick-lock frame can be equipped for faster stripping tool changes.
- Optional tool preparation table can be added to prepare stripping tools before changeover.
Control and Safety System
- Equipped with a touchscreen to give operators access to the die cutting machine settings, operating functions, and running status.
- Local operation panels are placed at different working positions for easier control during operation.
- CE conformity and GS certification show that the die cutter meets recognized safety requirements.
Delivery Unit
- The non-stop delivery rake keeps finished sheets moving out while production continues.
- Pneumatic flaps allow operators to remove test sheets for quality checks without stopping the die cutter.
- Sheet size adjustment uses position indicators, so operators can set the delivery area more accurately.
- The sheet brake brush controls sheet movement at the delivery end.
- An optional tape inserter can be added for batch marking or sheet separation.
