Mastermatrix 106CSB die cutting and blanking machines are used for high-speed post-press processing of folding cartons, labels, and other paperboard packaging sheets. The newly developed cutting unit, cam-driven system, and optimized gripper movement allow the die cutter to reach up to 9,000 sheets/hour while keeping sheet transfer and cutting timing stable. Mastermatrix 106CSB is suitable for packaging converters and folding carton manufacturers that need higher output, shorter setup time, and more automated die cutting and blanking.

Main Configuration
Feeding Unit
- The paper feeding unit is servo-driven, so sheet feeding stays synchronized with the cutting station and can stop automatically when needed.

Die-Cutting Unit
- The die-cutting station uses a reinforced structure, optimized high-speed motion curve, and stable oil temperature control to keep cutting pressure consistent during high-speed operation.
- A large-angle indexing unit guides the sheet movement more smoothly through each cutting cycle.
- The quick-lock resin bottom plate makes plate setup faster and easier for operators.
- A steel plate quick-lock mechanism shortens plate change time between jobs.
- If a sheet is not positioned correctly, the gripper opening and sheet clamping system helps prevent it from entering the cutting area in the wrong position.

- The IPC industrial control system manages the main operating functions of Mastermatrix 106CSB and includes an industrial interconnection interface for connection with Heidelberg Prinect.
- A 21.5-inch true-color touch HMI gives operators a larger screen for machine settings, production status, operation data, and daily adjustments.
- Production recipes can be saved and recalled when similar orders are repeated, so operators do not need to enter the same settings again.
