Performance and Configuration

• Pipe body: The pipe body is manufactured from high-quality R780 seamless steel, designed for drilling operations in complex and demanding geological conditions. It provides a balanced combination of strength, fatigue resistance, and stability during drilling.
• Tool joints: The tool joints are made from 42CrMo high-strength alloy steel, offering excellent strength, toughness, and hardenability. This material is widely used in demanding applications such as drilling tool joints, fishing tools, and heavy-duty forming dies, and is suitable for deep drilling applications up to 2000m.
