Sainty is well-equipped with surface treatment plants to provide you with quality products. For instance, 3 anodizing treatment plants, 2 electrophoretic coating plants imported from Japan, 2 coating plants imported from Switzerland and 2 Italian thermal transfer printing lines for various surface treatment of aluminum profiles. With that, we are able to conduct a series of surface treatments such as sanding treatment, multi-tone treatment, electrophoretic coating, etc.
Oxidation treatment helps to improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance of the aluminum profile. We can conduct various oxidation coloring processes including ordinary oxidation, wire drawing, polishing, sand blasting, etc.
Thickness of oxidized film: 8-25 micrometers
Maximum oxidized length: 6.8 meters
We have large scaled vertical coating equipment to perform uniform coating on the aluminum profile over 360°. It is guaranteed to be used in outdoor area without discoloraton up to 10 years.
Spaying thickness: 65 - 120 micrometers
Maximum coating length: 7.3 meters
The frosted aluminum profile has delicate and soft texture similar to brocade which avoid light disturbance in architectural decoration and thus receive welcoming response from the market.
Multi-tone surface treatment offers various color choices including stainless steel, champagne, gold, red, black, purple, etc. so that the alumium profile achieves better matching effect with multicolored glass.
Profiles treated with electrophoretic coating features glossing surface, high durablility, storng resistance to cement and acid rain.
