Glass-lined mixers and agitators help you achieve more reliable mixing performance in corrosive process environments while protecting product purity and extending equipment service life. These agitators are manufactured by firing a corrosion-resistant glass lining onto the metal surface at a temperature of around 900°C. This structure combines the strength of metal with the corrosion resistance of glass, giving the agitator a smooth surface, good wear resistance, and dependable long-term performance in demanding operating conditions.
For processes with more specific mixing requirements, the special combined glass-lined agitator can be selected based on CFD fluid dynamics simulation. By using process data and flow analysis to support agitator selection, it becomes easier to develop a more suitable mixing solution that helps improve mixing efficiency, speed up reaction performance, and increase yield.
