Material Options
Here at China Blooming, we use a multitude of materials to provide customers with quality products in various styles and specifications.
Polyester: available in different thicknesses, including 300D, 600D, 900D and 1200D
- 300 and 600 denier polyester are particularly suitable for manufacturing school bags, laptop backpacks, sport backpacks, etc.
- 800 and 1200 denier polyester are more durable and deliver greater load bearing capacity, making them suitable for the production of heavy-duty tool bags, luggage bags, trolley backpacks, or high-class business backpacks.
Nylon: 70D, 210D, 420D, 840D, 1680D available
- 70 and 210 denier nylon are typically used as lining fabric.
- 420 denier nylon is applied to produce school bags, laptop backpacks, sport backpacks, etc.
- 210 and 420 denier nylon both are suitable materials for drawstring gym sack bag.
- 840 and 1680 denier nylon are heavy duty fabrics used for tool bags, luggage bags, trolley backpacks, high-class business backpacks or other heavy-duty bags that require a greater loading capacity.
- Some special knitted nylon fabrics such as jacquard nylon or GUZHI nylon are more suitable to produce travel bags and backpacks.
PU: used for making ornaments for leisure bags, such as bag handles, zipper pulls, or logo patches.
PVC: PVC fabric and PVC woven mesh fabric are both available
- Clear PVC fabric is suitable for manufacturing products such as wine bottle tote bags, cosmetic bags, toiletry bags, or PVC prints on school bags.
- PVC woven mesh fabric is primarily applied for bags with waterproofing requirements or bags used in harsh environments like tarpaulin PVC bags and dry bags.
TPU: TPU laminated fabric is waterproof, radiation resistant, wear resistant, washable, and wind-proof.
Non-woven fabric: two types are available, brand-new non-woven fabric and recycled non-woven fabric. The former is eco-friendlier, while the latter is more economical. There are 60G, 70G, 80G, 90G, and 100G options. Among which, 80G is often applied in non-woven shopping bags or grocery bags. And 15G is usually used as lining fabric as it is lightweight.
Neoprene: is a synthetic rubber used for the production of weather resistant bags, such as lunch bags, flask sleeves, laptop inner bags, or ornaments of travel bags and backpacks.
Canvas: with 6OZ, 8OZ,10OZ, 12OZ, 14OZ, 16OZ, 18OZ, 20OZ, options to choose from, canvas features high durability. 18OZ and 20OZ are usually used for high grade tote bags or high load bearing bags.
Cotton cloth: is a soft, moisture-absorbing, breathable and warm fabric, that can be made into shopping bags, aprons, tea cloths, or used as lining fabric for canvas bags.
Denim: is a sturdy cotton warp-faced twill fabric, the warp is generally dyed blue while the weft is bleached yarn. This fabric is mainly used for crossbody bags etc.
EVA: featuring high flexibility, antiskid, and high-pressure resistance, EVA is most commonly used to make mobile phone cases, iPad cases, glasses cases, headset cases, shaver cases etc.
