The oil-free high pressure nitrogen booster compressor is designed for nitrogen cylinder pressurization and filling, as well as nitrogen pipeline pressure testing and leak detection. Maximum filling pressure reaches up to 40 MPa. Based on cooling method, configurations include air-cooled and water-cooled designs. Compression stages support three-stage or four-stage layouts. Fully oil-free operation eliminates the risk of oil contamination in high-pressure and high-purity nitrogen. Inlet and outlet nitrogen purity remains unchanged.

Applications

  • PSA nitrogen generators typically provide outlet pressure below 10 bar. When higher flow rates are required or when off-peak electricity is used for storage, nitrogen is stored for later use. The nitrogen booster supports efficient pressurization and storage under these operating conditions.
