Cement Rotary Kiln
The cement rotary kiln is the heart of both dry and wet process cement production lines. It is typically made up of the shell, supporting device, roller supporter, drive gear, coal-injection duct, flexible kiln head, and kiln tail sealing mechanism.
Our cement kiln with sturdy structure runs smoothly and produces high quality cement clinker. It can be equipped with shaft preheater or five-stage cyclone preheater for option. With convenient and reliable operation, the machine offers stable thermal efficiency, and improved equipment operation rate. Comparing with its counterparts with the same specifications, the machine increases its operation rate by 10% and production capacity by 5%-10%, and reduces heat consumption by 15%.
Applications
Primarily used for clay, limestone, and slag calcining for cement clinker making, the cement rotary kiln can also be used for sintering and calcining of mineral ores, ore concentrates, and intermediates. So, it can also be found in chemical industry, as well as metallurgy industry for producing ferrous and nonferrous metals such as iron, aluminum, copper, zinc, tin, nickel, tungsten, chromium, and more.
For instance, during aluminum production, the machine can be used to manufacture aluminium oxide from aluminium hydroxide. During iron smelting, it can be used to manufacture the pellets required for blast furnace iron making. In mineral processing, it can be used for lean iron ore magnetizing roasting, so as to increasing the magnetism of mining ores to facilitate magnetic separation. In chemical industry, the machine can be used for manufacture of soda, phosphatic fertilizer, and barium sulfide.
With low energy consumption, the cement rotary kiln can also be used in environmental protection industry to burn common wastes and hazardous wastes. As an ideal solution for harmless treatment of wastes, the machine can use wastes as the fuel to save coal consumption to realize waste recycling.
