Designed for a wide range of automotive applications, this 4th generation nylon tube bending machines is ideal for producing essential components such as vacuum tubes, carbon tank connecting pipes, vent pipes, fuel pipes, urea hoses, brake air hoses, etc. Featuring an advanced dual-control variable frequency heating system, plastic tubes bending machines from this generation operate with a power consumption of just 8.5 kW, significantly lower than traditional high-temperature forming methods. In contrast to older processes that require pre-shaping and heating, this pipe and tube bending equipment eliminates the need for molds, reducing both setup time and costs. Its digital control system offers flexible shaping for different types of tubes.

With a 30% increase in production efficiency over previous models, this tube thermoforming machine can easily handle high-temperature materials such as PA612 and PA1012.
