Two-color material handling system
Two independent material hoppers combined with dual automatic feeding units store and feed the two color materials separately, preventing cross-contamination during processing.

Haul-off and flattening system

Torque-controlled winding system
A torque motor-driven winder equipped with 0.1% accuracy tension sensors enables constant-tension winding with a maximum coil diameter of ≤500mm, while allowing fast reel changeover.
Electrical control system
A PLC with a 10-inch touchscreen integrates dual-extruder synchronized control, temperature monitoring, and fault alarm functions with a response time of ≤1 second, enabling fully automated operation throughout the process.
