Bronze Eccentric Bushings

Maximum Weight of a Single Piece 5 tons
Bronze eccentric bushings have an off-center bore that does not align with the outer diameter, creating a slight eccentric distance. This design helps generate a mild centrifugal force during rotation, which improves load distribution and enhances lubrication efficiency. Eccentric bushings are typically made of tin or aluminum bronze, which are materials known for their excellent wear resistance, low friction, and strong protection against corrosion.
Eccentric bushings provide stable and reliable support for shafts under both continuous and heavy-load operation. Each bronze eccentric bushing can be customized according to the equipment’s design and performance requirements, with micron-level precision that ensures a perfect fit and long service life.
A variety of bronze alloys are available to meet different application needs, including C93700, C94100, C93800, and C95800.
| Material No. | Category | Core Properties | Typical Applications |
| | High-Leaded Tin Bronze | • Low friction and good anti-seizing performance • Excellent castability and smooth surface finish • Tensile strength: 240–320 MPa | Used for small and medium-sized bearing sleeves, machine tool sliding parts, and hydraulic valve components. |
| | High-Strength Aluminum Bronze | • Resistant to seawater and chemical corrosion • High mechanical strength and good stability under heavy load • Reliable performance at medium to high temperatures | Applied in marine propellers, chemical processing equipment, and medium-load bearing housings. |
| | Leaded Tin Bronze (High Strength) | • Strong wear resistance and load capacity • Better impact resistance than C93700 • Good machinability | Used in heavy-duty bearing shells, press sleeves, and large pump housings. |
| | High-Strength Aluminum Bronze | Aluminum Bronze • High strength and hardness • Excellent wear and corrosion resistance • Stable performance at 300–350 °C | Suitable for mining and forging equipment, large aluminum mill spindles, and rolling mill bearings. |
- Used in key components such as rotary crushers, single-cylinder, and multi-cylinder cone crushers. Aluminum bronze and tin bronze are preferred for their ability to withstand impact loads and resist wear.
- Commonly applied in bulldozers and heavy truck balance bridge bushings, where both strength and lubrication are essential.
- Found in hydraulic systems and conveyor machinery with eccentric transmission mechanisms. Custom dimensions, such as flange structures or tapered designs, can be tailored to fit different operating conditions.
- Used in drilling and extraction equipment to support shafts and absorb axial and radial impact loads. In bevel gear reducers, the eccentric bushing helps correct bore and alignment deviations, improving gear meshing accuracy and transmission efficiency.
