Bronze Bushings
-
Maximum Outer Diameter up to 4000 mm
-
Maximum Weight of a Single Piece 5 tons
Bronze bushings are made using 99.99% pure metal materials, carefully blended to meet both industry standards and specific customer requirements. Each batch of bronze bushings is produced using advanced centrifugal casting to keep the material structure consistent. Sample pieces are kept for up to five years so the material can be traced and verified whenever needed. The bushings are then precisely machined on imported CNC equipment. Every stage of production follows ISO9001 and CCS standards and is verified by testing in our CNAS-accredited laboratory.

Bronze bushings provide excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and load-bearing capacity. They are widely used in machinery that operates under continuous or heavy-load conditions, ensuring reliable long-term performance. Some of their features include:
- High wear resistance: Made from durable copper alloys, the bushings maintain stable performance even in high-speed or heavy-load conditions. They reduce friction and surface wear, helping equipment operate smoothly for long periods.
- Corrosion resistance: Bronze performs well in humid or chemically active environments, which makes these bushings suitable for marine, chemical, and other demanding applications. They resist corrosion and extend the service life of machinery.
- Good thermal conductivity: bronze helps release heat quickly from moving parts, keeping the equipment cool and running smoothly, even during long or high-speed operation.
Bronze bushings are widely used in various types of heavy machinery and industrial equipment, including:
- Brake and suspension systems in trucks and other commercial vehicles
- Rotary crushers, single-cylinder and multi-cylinder cone crushers
- Agricultural machines such as tractors and harvesters
- Kaplan, Bulb, and Francis turbines, as well as power generators
