Application
This food and beverage hose features a special construction design. The inner tube adopts food grade rubber that is free from odors and is non-toxic. It is applied to multiple food and beverage applications such as dairy products, juices, non-alcoholic drinks, oils, etc.
Advantages:
- White smooth food grade inner tube with effective bacterial growth prevention.
- Extra flexibility.
- Features of anti-twist, abrasive and microbe resistance, anti-aging seamless rubber.
- Steam sterilizing or using detergent under +130℃.
Construction:
- Tube: FDA white NBR rubber, oil resistant with smooth inner surface, 100% non-plasticizer (chemical name: phthalate);
- Reinforcement: Multiple plies of polyester tire cord;
- Cover: Blue NBR rubber, oil resistant, abrasive resistant, weather-proof, anti-aging, and covered with surface texture;
- Temperature Range: -30℃~+100℃（Max. 60 minutes in steam temperature <130℃）
- Applicable Standards: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600；LFGB standard；GB 31604-2016
