Model A400 solventless laminating machine is ideal for getting started in flexible packaging solventless lamination. It is suitable for high speed lamination of different types of plastic films and metalized films.

- Tension Control System: Independent sectional control with dancer roller and load cell, which is best arranged for various types of light and extensible substrates based on the particular features of solventless adhesives.
- Metering-gap Adjustment: Patented one-switch Quick Positioning Mechanism (QPS), with much less adjusting time and much more constancy.
- Coating Cylinder Control: Double servo-motor control initiated by Sinomech with better accuracy and more flexibility in coating amount adjustment.
- Laminating Nip: Patented horizontal design, with much more stable laminating pressure and applicable for various types of substrates.
- Machine Management and Remote Maintenance: open to be integrated into Sinomech Cloud Platform for Solventless Laminators (SCPSL).
1. With addition of the 3rd unwinder and tension control unit with dancer roll, it can be upgraded to a patented Twin-web Laminator.
2. By adding a short web path and tension control unit with load cell, the lamination equipment can be configured for aluminum foil lamination.
