- Tension control system adopts dancer roller with Japanese Fujikura low friction air cylinder;
- Coating gap system checks the initial amount of coating that passes through the gap between metering roller and scraper roller, and gap adjustment is performed by Japanese brand ball reducer to ensure a high precision of ±0.001mm (1micron), eliminating the need for re-adjusting gap after cleaning because it will automatically return to the previous gap, saving more time for operator;
- Metering roller and transfer rubber roller are controlled by using servo motor, ensuring precise control of coating amount;
- The machine body is constructed using 80mm thickness solid steel, with a total weight of 14-15 tons, providing a durable machine structure while ensuring stable operation at high speeds;
- Shaftless unwind and rewind units are equipped with automatic loading mechanism, and 3-inch / 6-inch core adaptors are available;
