In traditional vulcanization processing, in order to ensure better adhesion between the metal carrier and rubber seal and avoid changes in rubber quality due to prolonged vulcanization time, the carrier can be preheated using heating equipment. Julong can provide various heating equipment such as hot air heating, infrared heating, and flame heating machines according to different processing needs.

Applications
Used for cleaning rust preventive oil on the surface of the carrier, preheating and removing moisture from the carrier, enabling better adhesion with rubber.
