This gutter roll forming machine is particularly designed for production of multi-span greenhouse gutters, solving the needs of water drainage in multi-span greenhouses. The greenhouse gutter production line mainly consists of uncoiler, leveling unit, hole punching unit, roll forming unit, cutting unit, etc. It utilizes Siemens PLC system for machine control, inverter for speed regulation, HMI touch screen for data adjustment, and Nemicon encoder for length measurement, greatly guaranteeing the precision and stability of the machine. Roll forming machine is able to produce multiple types of profiles by changing of forming rollers.
