The plastic film machine is designed for producing high-transparency PO greenhouse films using advanced multi-layer co-extrusion technology. PO films were originally developed in Japan using high-grade polyolefin materials combined with specialized additives, offering excellent uniformity, stability, and film performance. After the technology was introduced to China, the production process evolved to include coating and drying stages, along with precise material ratio control for five-layer structures.
This model is a specialized, high-performance greenhouse film blowing solution focused on PO high-transparency anti-fog greenhouse films. It integrates multi-layer co-extrusion, corona treatment, coating, and drying systems to ensure high-level functional performance. The machine allows precise material formulation using ethylene, propylene, and related blends to achieve outstanding film properties. The resulting films deliver light transmission ≥92%, long-lasting anti-fog performance (over 12 months), strong heat retention (temperature increase of 5–7°C inside the greenhouse), excellent aging resistance (service life 4 to 6 years), and stable weather durability. In addition to greenhouse coverings, the machine can also produce small batches of PO packaging films when required.

Raw material handling unit
Includes a material mixer for precise formula proportioning, automatic feeding system, and a material dryer for high-moisture raw materials.
Extrusion unit
Equipped with 3–5 single-screw extruders (screw diameter 45–65 mm, suitable for PO materials) and a multi-layer co-extrusion die head with flow channels designed for greenhouse films
Forming unit
Blown film air ring with ±1°C temperature control precision to ensure uniform film thickness, together with a stable cooling and shaping system
Anti-fog functional unit
Corona treater (surface tension ≥40 dyn/cm to improve coating adhesion), anti-fog coating tank with circulation and precise spray coating control, and a constant-temperature drying oven (60–85°C) to ensure even and reliable coating film formation
Rewinding unit
Automatic rewinder with tension control to prevent deformation, supporting rewinding speeds of 3–18 m/min with frequency control to match extrusion speed
Control system
PLC control cabinet and touchscreen operation panel capable of storing 10 greenhouse film production recipes, plus a fault alarm and protection system
