What is the difference between PP synthetic paper and regular paper?

PP synthetic paper has properties similar to plastic film but looks almost identical to regular paper. It offers superior water resistance and tear resistance compared to ordinary paper.

How should I choose the basis weight of PP synthetic paper? What is the difference between 80g and 120g?

80–100g: Lightweight and flexible, suitable for labels, shopping bags, and outdoor posters.
120–200g: Higher stiffness, ideal for packaging boxes, menus, and durable signage.

What are the potential risks of low-priced PP synthetic paper?

Uneven surface coating may cause color fading or poor print adhesion. Weak UV resistance can also lead to brittleness when used outdoors.
