The automatic bagging machine features a compact structure designed for facilities with limited floor space and moderate production needs. It is well-suited for materials such as hot-cut plastic pellets, masterbatch, and modified PP, where stable performance and flexible configuration are key. The open-mouth bagger automates material feeding, weighing, filling, and bag closing, significantly reducing manual intervention and improving operational consistency.
The bagging system can be configured for straight-through or side-discharge bag handling, depending on plant layout. It also meets the requirements of demanding environments, including explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, and acid-alkali conditions. This automatic bag packaging machine is compatible with paper bags, woven bags, and PE film bags, making it a versatile choice for chemical, feed, grain, and general industrial applications.
