Corrugated Board Manufacturing

• Tungsten carbide or alloy steel can be used as the material of corrugating roll;
• Corrugating roll changing can be accomplished within 10 minutes by utilizing the quick change of cassette so as to meet the combination needs of various flute types;
• Every quick change cassette is equipped with T-platform to save space and easy to park.
• 5-ton hydraulic electrical trolley is adopted to drag, thus saving both time and energy.
• The design of negative pressure enables the paper to be evenly compressed and attached to the surface of corrugating roll for better performance of glue application;
• Corrugating roll and pressure roll are equipped with pneumatic control for high stability;
• PLC automatically tracks the operating speed to regulate the glue quantity. The pressure roll gap is slightly adjusted by the motor-driven gear and the regulation is reflected on the human-machine interface through displacement sensor. Electrically adjust the width of glue surface with convenience and fastness;
• Glue application system can be independently operated when main unit stopping, preventing glue from drying;
• Glue unit is moveable for easy cleaning and maintenance;
• Built-in preconditioner with spray system is used to control the moisture and temperature of paper medium;
• Paper feeding is carried out by using vacuum absorption method, a high-pressure blower is equipped to ensure the stable corrugation process at high speed;
• The width of groove on lower corrugating roll is less than 2mm, efficiently preventing the marks of stripes on corrugated cardboard;
• The high-speed timing belt is adopted to transfer paperboard to reduce vibration and noise, enabling the operation more stable, reliable and high maintainability;
• Reduction gearbox is designed with oil-immersed lubrication to lower the machine vibration;
• Automatic glue feeding, pneumatic control of glue application and return can provide cushion effect;
• Engraved glue applicator roll is chrome plated;
• The gap between the glue applicator roll and doctor roll is control via HMI digital display, manually or automatically;
• Idle running unit is configured for glue applicator roll;
• Spray nozzles, pipes, valves are equipped to soften the paper medium for better forming of corrugated cardboard;
