Quick Mold Change System
Shunxing provides quick mold change systems that are easily paired with plastic injection molding machines and die spotting presses. They are used for mold changing operation during the production of various molds, including plastic injection molds, stamping dies, die casting molds, glass molds, rubber molds, metallurgy molds and more.
Traditional die clamping is usually completed using mechanical mold plate pressing and necessary manual work such as tightening the screws, thus giving this process a high labor intensity and a low reliability.
In order to improve that, our quick mold change system achieves automatic clamping for various molds. Operators simply need to put the clamps into the mold T-slot, and the resulting clamping force is stable and reliable.
- According to machine working conditions, users can choose a specific hydraulic clamp installation type.
- Users must know the mold opening force of the hydraulic clamp, then determine the tonnage, amount and arrangement according to the opening force.
- Determine the mold base plate thickness H and size dimension.
- Set the hydraulic clamp installation method: users need to know the groove size for sliding installation, and installation hole size and distance for a fixed installation.
The pump unit is core unit of fast mold changing system. In order to improve the reliability, we use a high quality pneumatic pump and original SMC pneumatic, thus ensuring there is zero leakage by the precise hydraulic circuit control. The pump unit will also sound an alarm when pressure is too low or too high.
