Huacai fire resistant glass laminating line can be used for the production of heat resistant glass, insulating fire resistant glass, anti-sun glass. The thickness of NanoSi fireproof layer can minimize to 1 mm to reduce the wight of fire-proofing glass windows. The thickness of NanoSi fireproof layer can be up to 5 mm and achieve multi-layer laminating.

Equipment introduction

This fire resistant glass laminating line is composed of the glass washing machine, 1st transition section, 1st auto positioning device, automatic gluing machine, 2nd transition section, 2nd automatic positioning device, automatic suction cup vacuum lifter, 3rd transition section, heated roller press, glass unloading table, material mixing system, fire-retardant liquid mixing and pouring system, glass tilting table, curing oven and transfer trolley, etc.

1. QX1600B horizontal glass washing machine
  The QX1600B glass washing machine features a horizontal structure and consist of loading, washing, drying and unloading section, air blower, electric control cabinet, etc.
