Huacai fire resistant glass laminating line can be used for the production of heat resistant glass, insulating fire resistant glass, anti-sun glass. The thickness of NanoSi fireproof layer can minimize to 1 mm to reduce the wight of fire-proofing glass windows. The thickness of NanoSi fireproof layer can be up to 5 mm and achieve multi-layer laminating.

Features
  •  The glass laminating line is designed with integrated PLC control, reasonable process design, high degree of automation, easy operations, good coherence among different sections, stable running, high precision and excellent synchronicity.
  •  Process flow
    • The first sheet of washed glass successively passes through the 1st transition section, the 1st auto positioning device, the 2nd transition section and the 2nd auto positioning device. After being properly aligned by the 2nd positioning device, the glass will be taken and lifted by the glass vacuum lifter.
    • The second sheet of cleaned glass successively enters the 1st transition section and is precisely positioned by the 1st auto positioning device. Meanwhile, the gluing machine automatically detect the glass size and apply adhesive on its edges.
    • The second sheet of glass is then transported to 2nd auto positioning device and transferred to the assembly section by the vacuum lifter.
    • The boned glasses are transported to the 3rd transition section. After slowing down the speed, they pass through the heated roller press and are applied with sealant all around.
  •  The glass washing machine is a vital equipment influencing the cleanness and quality of laminated glass. The glass washer is designed with digital display for easy operations. The upper rubber rollers, brush rollers, air knives can be electrically adjusted according to the thickness of glass. The whole upper part can lift 400mm for ease of cleaning and maintenance. The upper and lower brush rollers are driven by an individual motor. Two pairs of stainless-steel air knives are adopted. The air blowers utilize soundproof foams and air inlet filter screen to deliver large air volume, low noise and good drying performance.
  •  The positioning device, an essential device for the laminating line, comprises functional modules of horizontal transport, horizontal positioning and longitudinal positioning and features high degree of automation and high positioning accuracy.
  •  The automatic gluing machine uses advanced gluing technique to deliver precise performance. It can automatically dispense glue onto the glass according to the characteristic of the sealant.
  •  The glass assembly device with vacuum lifter is used in combination with the auto positioning device. It can automatically adjust the distance between suction cups to transfer and assemble glass.
  • The glass heated roller press is essential for determining the thickness and quality of the laminated glass, made up of the heating, roller pressing, roller gap adjusting and glass unloading section. The roller press features variable frequency drive and digital display of roller gap.

Equipment introduction

QX1600B horizontal glass washing machine

The QX1600B glass washing machine features a horizontal structure and consist of loading, washing, drying and unloading section, air blower, electric control cabinet, etc.

Features
  • Machine construction frame is welded by high-quality profiles with a coat of supreme paint.
  • Transport rollers are φ60mm full-vulcanized rubber rollers with high durability.
  • Loading and pre-rinse section is equipped with a stainless-steel water tray and water spraying hose. All water-contact parts are made by stainless steel to prevent rust. The bottom of rubber transport rollers is dipped in water to pre rinse glass, so as to prevent contaminants entering the water tank and avoid scratching glass surface and rollers.
  • The upper part of the washing and drying section can be motorized for up and down lifting for easy operation and maintenance. Adopting a high-strength elevating screw, it can lift 400mm. The upper and lower brush rollers are belt-driven by two groups of motors respectively. The brush roller’s diameter is 120mm and the head of roller shaft is stainless steel for rust protection.
  • Drying section is designed with compact footprint, low noise and high production capacity. Fans are mounted overhead the drying section, reducing occupied floor space. Fine filter screens are adopted on the air inlets of the fan box which is surrounded with sound dampening material to lower the working noise without compromising on air blast capacity. Two pairs of air knives are subjected to Italian stainless-steel processing technology. Compared to traditional drying method, air knives provide unmatched drying performance with no need of heating and the drying quality will not decline as usage years increase. The upper air knives are equipped with transport rollers for smooth output of the cleaned small-size glass. The glass horizontal washer is ideal for being integrated to the glass tempering furnace, glass screen printing or glass laminating line, etc. which has high requirements on washing and drying effects.
  • Transmission mechanism is driven by bevel gear delivering high stability and durability.
  • Water reuse system is designed to water resources and reduce production cost. Water tanks are made by superior stainless-steel panel. The joints with water pumps are equipped with "fast plugs" so that the water tanks can be easily taken out for cleaning.
  • Electronic control system: motor, air blower, water pump, transport, lighting and lifting are all controlled by respective buttons. The horizontal glass washing machine features reasonable design, aesthetic appearance, user-friendly operations, VFD main drive and digital display of glass thickness. The lifting height is controlled by imported encoder and intelligent digital meter.

  • The transition section utilizes frame construction and consists of frame, transmission system and electric control system.
  • The machine frame is welded by steel profiles and sprayed with paint.
  • The transition section uses chain conveyor and the conveying speed is regulated by VFD and can be digitally displayed.

Auto positioning device

  • The auto positioning device features a horizontal design, made up of machine frame, positioning mechanism, transmission system, pneumatic system, electric control system, etc.
  • The machine body frame is welded by standard steel materials (table supports are made by aluminum profiles) with a paint coat.
  • The main drive utilizes chain conveyor, VFD and digital display.
  • The positioning mechanism can align the glass by virtue of a side and front reference and an automatic positioning software. Once the glass enters the positioning device, the front positioning wheel will automatically turn up to adjust the glass’ position and then the cylinder will push it to the side reference for alignment.

Automatic gluing machine

  • The horizontal automatic gluing machine comprises aluminum machine body frame, servo drive, pneumatic system, gluing system and electric control system.
  • The main transmission features chain conveyor, variable frequency control and digital display of conveying speed.
  • Once the glass is properly positioned in the 1st positioning device, from which the auto gluing machine will receive a signal and start to apply adhesive onto the glass.

  • This suspended automatic suction cup vacuum lifter consists of overhead crane (travelling track), pneumatic system, vacuum system and electrical control system.
  • The machine frame is welded by high-quality steel profiles coating with anti-rust paint finish. The suction cups are suspended on high-strength aluminum profiles.
  • The lifting of suction cups is designed with spring buffer. Vacuum pressure is controlled by the high-precision vacuum instrument and can be readout.
