Our laboratory ovens are fan convection ovens that heat the air then circulate the air to heat the materials within. This design applies to industrial and mining enterprises and laboratory and research institutes. The drying, constant temperature test, aging, sterilization, moisture removal, and softening processes can be carried out with this oven.
The following are some custom laboratory ovens JLYQ has designed. We can customize the ovens by theworking chamber, structure and maximum temperature (less than 600 ℃) of the oven. Overheat protection, partition, fixed or castor mounted floor stand, observation window and digital timer are available as well as other advanced temperature controlled systems and program systems.
Features
- SGXZ laboratory universal oven applies special made heat resistant motor and stainless steel tubular heater. And the 150 ℃ can be reached within 30 minutes.
- Internal material is SUS stainless steel while external is SS41 steel sheet with powder coating. These materials endow the oven with good corrosion resistance.
- Heat insulating layer is made by glass fiber.
- Lever latch door and airtight silicone seal enable good heat preservation.
- Tow partitions inside.
- PID temperature controller with PT100/K input and SSR (SCR) output.
