Multihead weighers have higher standards regarding materials and structural design, particularly when processing sticky and wet products such as frozen foods, cheese, etc. Kenwei has developed a vibratory feeder weigher and screw feeder weigher for such products. The hoppers, buckets, and feeding lanes are all produced from stainless steel and designed with patterns, making it easier to clean and maintain when friction resistance is assured.
The multihead weigher adopts IP65 rated waterproof enclosures and a pneumatic dryer device to eliminate water residue which might damage electrical parts as well as effects caused by salt or other corrosive substances.
