The vibratory hammer mounted on the pile driving rig features a complete range of functions, and features only minor differences from a vibratory hammer mounted on an excavator in terms of structure and performance. Due to the guide rods on two of the rig ends, this vibratory hammer can also be mounted on a guide rod for up and down movement, with no influence from the arm length like those mounted on an excavator. This makes it ideal for use on longer piles, and because of the fixed guide rod position, the vibratory hammer will not swing during operation, and thus, allows for a more accurate performance.
The high frequency hydraulic vibratory hammer uses Q345B steel with a high intensity as the raw material. Other important parts are also sourced from internationally known brands, such as a motor from Parker, a hydraulic system manifold from Sun, and electronic components from Omron.
