Plane glass mirror are produced using float glass as the substrate after a series of processes that includes cutting, washing, drying, coating, spray painting, and baking.
Features
- The transmission of plane glass mirrors is more than 80% at 550nm light-wave. They feature a high reflectivity and clarity.
- The thickness of its reflective coating is more than 50nm and is customizable.
- The thickness of the mirror back protective coating is 18 to 22 um.
- Plane glass mirrors have an excellent corrosion resistance. They can withstand soaking in 5% NaCl solution for 168 hours at 40 ℃ without any coating damage or discoloration.
- Our plane glass mirrors can be customized in terms of shape, size, and other parameters.

Numerous coating materials are available to choose from, including Al, Ge, Si, SiO2, Ni2O5, ITO, Ag, Cu and stainless steel.
