AC electric motor for roller tables in steel mills
Our roller table motors (YC series) are AC electric motors designed for roller tables in steel mills, specifically for conveying plate materials and billets. Multiple motors are installed on each roller table, with speed controlled by a variable frequency drive. These motors are built to handle high-torque loads, high temperatures, and harsh conditions such as moisture and dust.
Our roller table motors are low-speed motors connected directly to the rollers, typically without a gearbox, because of their numerous pole and frequency options. These motors are fully enclosed and especially compatible with PWM (pulse-width modulation) systems.
