As one of our proprietary products, the hydrated lime mixing machine comes with unique designs and unrivalled performance. It is mainly used to further process the hydrated lime, with functions of activating, mixing, fine crushing, softening and compacting. It will increase the compactness of mixture and improve its performance.
The hydrated lime system can effectively enhance the plasticity of lime sand compounds by over 15% and thereby improve brick quality. It is especially suitable for replacing the edge runner mill to processing viscous materials such as carbide slag.
It is worth mentioning that under same working condition, this hydrated lime mixer features 17% lower energy consumption than others.
