Ranging from 0.02mm to 6mm
Copper, copper alloy or other metal conductors with a tin coating
Tinned wire consists of a copper, copper alloy, or other metal conductor coated with a thin layer of tin. This coating improves corrosion and oxidation resistance, helping extend the lifespan of low-voltage cables and electrical components. At ETO, we offer tinned copper wire, tinned alloy wire, tinned copper-clad steel wire, and tinned copper-clad aluminum wire, with diameters ranging from 0.02mm to 6mm. These wires can undergo drawing, annealing, and stranding to meet various industry requirements.

Features
- The tin coating acts as a protective barrier, preventing oxidation and sulfurization, which helps maintain conductor performance over time.
- Improved solderability makes tinned wire easier to work with, ensuring strong and reliable connections in electronic components.
- A smooth, uniform tin layer ensures consistent quality, free from peeling, discoloration, cracks, or surface defects.
- The bond between the tin and conductor remains stable even in high-temperature environments, this makes tinned wires suitable for demanding applications.
