Joysun Zirconia flanged flap wheels are manufactured with a flexible X weight and J weight poly-cotton backing cloth bonded to premium quality zirconium alumina grains that make for a durable and professional grade abrasive.
The vertical fitted flaps are bonded to a steel flange which is particularly suited for cooled grinding operations. The anti-clogging grinding properties lead to high stock removal rates and they deliver maximum efficiency and optimal finished products. These products are highly effective for processing various types of steel.
