Solid Bushing Chains
Our solid bushing chains are manufactured using cold heading process, resulting in a seamless cylindrical shape. Compared to conventional split bushing chains, each component of our solid bushing chains is produced without gaps, with precision controlled up to 0.01mm and 0.02mm, resulting in a total pitch across every nine links strictly controlled within 0.15mm to 0.17mm. This ensures optimal engagement with the sprocket and reduces uneven load distribution, which provides a smoother driving experience. The high precision and seamless construction of our solid bushing chains increase wear resistance by 30% compared to traditional chains, which extends our chain lifespans.
