Vibrating Screen Separator
The vibrating screen separator can remove impurities such as straw and small stones from grains such as wheat, rice, corn and beans. Sieves with different perforations can clean different grains. The vibrating screen separator is designed for cleaning unprocessed grain stored in grain mills or grain warehouses.
Sifly Agro's vibrating screen separator is driven by vibration motor and can make unprocessed grains move on the screen system including two-layer sieves to achieve a better cleaning effect.
Customers can choose screen area with different perforations according to the size of grains in order to clean different grains better. And the sieve is available with woven screen mesh or perforated sieve whose perforations can be round, rectangular and triangle.

- The SYX-TQLZ vibrating screen separator has a sealed screen drum which can reduce dust coming from screen drum.
- The separator driven by vibrating motor has low noise and vibration. Besides, the direction and magnitude of exciting force, the tilt angle of screen drum can be changed according to customers' requirements in order to make the vibrating seive separator more suitable.
- The vibrating screen separator with two sieves has better cleaning effect and higher efficiency. TQLZ150*200 vibrating screen separator can pre-clean 15 tons grains per hour and TQLZ180*200 vibrating screen separator can pre-clean 22 tons grains per hour.
