Description
In the process of the collecting, storage and processing of raw materials, it is very easy to mix with magnetic metal impurities such as iron nails, screws, washers and steel balls. If not being cleared previously, the impurities will enter with the raw materials into high speed running machines such as crushing machine and pellet machine, not only speeding up the abrasion of their working components, but also often directly damaging the machines. When the metal impurities enter hammer mills, fans etc., it is likely to generate sparks and cause powder explosion accidents resulting in personal injury. Consequently, during the sifting and cleaning of materials, it is necessary to use permanent magnet sleeve to remove the metal impurities in the materials, so as to protect our personal safety and property security.
Application
LoChamp’s TCXT series permanent magnet sleeve is mainly applied to separate the magnetic metal inclusions, such as iron blocks, nails, screws. It is suitable for various scales of feed plants, grain and oil processing factories, solvent plants and breweries etc.

Features of the permanent magnet sleeve
1. The magnetic core is made of the newly developed rare-earth permanent magnet material, with the magnetic field intensity of no less than 3000GS, and the iron removal efficiency of equal or greater than 99%, which can effectively separate the magnetic metal inclusions in the raw materials.
2. There is a piece of magnet inside the equipment to absorb the iron impurities in the materials without any power consumption, which can save energy.
